With a deep appreciation for fashion and design, our team felt compelled to create a 21st century luxury goods company that not only meticulously crafts beautiful products using traditional processes, but that also embraces technology and innovation in all aspects of the company.

WHAT IS THE QBRACELET?
The QBracelet is a stylish bracelet that charges iPhones. Using the built-in Apple Lightning Connector in the clasp, you can plug the bracelet into your phone for up to a 50% extra charge. The QBracelet collection comes in Polished Gold, Polished Silver, Matte Silver, and Matte Black. In addition, it’s available in Small (recommended for most women) and Medium (recommended for most men). The QBracelet is compatible with Apple iPhones 5, 5s, 5c, 5se, 6, 6+, 6s, 6s+, 7, 7+, 8, 8+, and X.
WHAT PROBLEM IS THE QBRACELET HOPING TO SOLVE?
The QBracelet was designed and crafted to solve a problem we all face … our phones are always dying! Unfortunately, most accessories that provide extra power to your iPhone are usually both bulky and completely ugly. So we decided we’d take our knowledge from the fashion world, and apply it to this problem. The result was the QBracelet, a stylish bracelet that both men and women can wear that would charge their iPhones. It wasn’t designed to be a techie accessory; it was designed to be a fashion accessory that could help the style conscious keep their phones powered on!
HOW DOES THE QBRACELET CHARGE MY SMARTPHONE?
The QBracelet has a beautiful design that hides any sign of technology inside the bracelet. To charge your iPhone, all you have to do is simply pull open the bracelet at the clasp, and an Apple Lightning Connector is revealed. You then plug that connector into your phone, and the bracelet will wrap around the back of your iPhone. Your hand should fit perfectly through the bracelet while it rests on the back of your iPhone, so that you can still post that fabulous Instagram. :)
The power from the QBracelet comes from a special set of batteries located inside.
HOW MUCH DOES IT CHARGE MY DEVICE?
The QBracelet can charge an iPhone up to 50%. Our tests were based on the iPhone 5S, so if you're using an iPhone with a larger battery, the QBracelet will provide a charge less than 50 percent. Results will vary depending on how you use your iPhone and which model it is.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CHARGE MY SMARTPHONE?
The QBracelet was designed to charge your iPhone as quickly as possible. It takes roughly 50-60 minutes for the QBracelet to provide all its power to an iPhone.
WILL THE QBRACELET WORK WITH MY PHONE?
The QBracelet is currently only available for the Apple iPhones. The built-in Lightning Connector will charge Apple iPhones 5, 5s, 5c, 5se, 6, 6+, 6s, 6s+, 7, 7+, 8, 8+, and X. A Micro-USB version for Androids may be released in the future.
HOW DO I RECHARGE THE QBRACELET?
You can recharge the QBracelet by pulling it open at the clasp, then plugging the (included) Micro-USB cable into the Micro-USB slot inside the clasp. Once that's done, you can either plug the USB into your computer or a wall adaptor to charge. It takes roughly 120 minutes for the QBracelet to recharge completely.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH CHARGE IS IN THE QBRACELET?
Given our attention to detail in designing the QBracelet, we made sure you could tell how much charge is remaining in your bracelet. Inside the clasp, above the Lightning Connector, there are 4 white LED lights, which will blink to signal the remaining power. Each light represents a 25% charge, and these lights are activated each time the bracelet is opened. While charging, the QBracelet these lights will also blink to show your QBracelet is indeed getting some juice.
WHAT IS THE STANDBY LIFE OF THE QBRACELET?
The battery in your QBracelet will hold a charge over 30 days while not in use and open. When the QBracelet is closed, the battery can retain a charge for several months; although this can be impacted by the temperature and environment in which it's being stored in.
WHAT COLOR(S) DOES IT COME IN?
The QBracelet comes in Matte Black, Matte Silver, Polished Silver, and Polished Gold.
IS THE QBRACELET SAFE?
Of course! We’ve made sure that the QBracelet was tested and certified by the standards imposed by the governing bodies of the various countries in which it is sold in.
IS THE QBRACELET WATERPROOF?
The QBracelet was certainly designed with water in mind, but it is NOT waterproof. It’s okay to wash your hands while wearing it, but we do not advise fully submerging it in water. So, no you shouldn’t swim or shower with it on. Consider it splashproof.
WHAT IS THE QBRACELET MADE OF?
When we designed the QBracelet, we wanted to ensure it was made out of the best materials, giving it both a beautiful finish and durability. For this reason, we chose to use the same stainless steel that watch manufacturers have used for decades. This special type of stainless steel is safe for the skin and provides a durable long-lasting finish. After the metal is carefully crafted in our manufacturing facility, we apply a special PVD coating, which gives the QBracelet its color and provides additional durability. The end result is a beautifully-crafted fashion accessory.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within thirty (30) days of the original purchase to receive a full refund.

Our team has crafted the QBracelet to be both beautiful and durable, but every once in a while, a defect can occur. If you believe that something is wrong with your QBracelet, please contact us, and we’ll make sure to help! As a luxury brand, we hold ourselves to a higher level of quality and customer service than most other companies. If you experience a defect, we’ll replace or repair your QBracelet for up to one year after your purchase from QDesigns.co or an authorized retailer.

The most common reason a payment gets declined is because the customer has entered the wrong CVV code from the back of their credit card.

HOW SAFE IS YOUR PAYMENT PLATFORM? DO YOU STORE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
We use Stripe to process our online payment. When you make your payment, your credit card information is sent securely to Stripe. All payment processing is performed on Stripe’s servers. We don’t store any of your credit card information.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, which has in turn been certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification available. You can confirm Stripe’s certification in Visa’s registry of service providers. Stripe is also a participant in the PCI Security Standards Council.

FULL WARRANTY POLICY
Q DESIGNS LIMITED WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty Policy”) applies to Q Designs branded hardware products (“Product(s)”) sold by Q Designs Inc. (“Q Designs”). Q Designs’s warranty obligations are to the original purchaser (“you”) only and are limited to the terms set forth below. This Warranty Policy applies to you if you purchased the Product in the United States. If you purchased a Product outside of the United States, then your place of purchase will determine which of the following Warranty Policies applies to you. This Warranty Policy contains regional modifications that apply to all sales of Product(s) made by Q Designs. Such regional modifications may be in addition to, or where applicable, replace the main text of this Warranty Policy.
Q Designs provides the following limited warranty to you if you purchased the Product(s) from Q Designs on Q Designs’s website QDesigns.co or if you purchased the Product(s) from an authorized reseller. Q Designs warrants that the Product(s) will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of your purchase (“Warranty Period”).
Your sole and exclusive remedies for warranty claims submitted to Q Designs within the Warranty Period pursuant to this Warranty Policy are as follows: For all Product(s) that fail the above warranty, Q Designs will, at its sole option, either: (i) repair the Product(s); (ii) replace the Product(s) with a new or refurbished Product(s) (replacement Product(s) being of identical model or functional equivalent); or (iii) provide to you a refund in the amount of the price you paid for the Product(s) (excluding taxes and shipping costs); and Any Product(s) that have been repaired or replaced under this Warranty Policy will have warranty coverage for the longer of: (a) ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement; or (b) the remaining original Warranty Period. Replacement parts used in the repair of the Product(s) may be new or equivalent to new or refurbished.
To make a warranty claim to Q Designs pursuant to the limited warranty provided herein, you must: (a) contact Q Designs within the Warranty Period at support@QDesigns.co; (b) obtain a RMA from Q Designs; and (c) return the Product(s) to Q Designs with proof of purchase from Q Designs or an authorized reseller as directed by Q Designs to the address specified by Q Designs in connection with the RMA.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Warranty Policy applies only to Product(s) manufactured by or for Q Designs that are marked with the “Q Designs” trade name or logo and contain a valid Q Designs serial number.
This Warranty Policy does not apply to, and specifically excludes, the following: (a) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship in the Product(s); (b) normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents and broken plastic; (c) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including, without limitation, collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, if the serial number has been removed; (d) damage caused by operating the Product(s) outside the permitted or intended uses described by Q Designs; (e) damage caused by use with non-Q Designs products; (f) any non-Q Designs hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with the Product(s); and (g) modifications of the Product(s) firmware or software by anyone other than Q Designs. Q Designs does not warrant that the operation of the Product(s) will be uninterrupted or error-free. Q Designs is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use of the Product(s).
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY POLICY DOES NOT COVER, AND Q DESIGNS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (A) SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS), LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR (B) ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED OR USED WITH THE PRODUCT(S) AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON THE PRODUCT(S). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
THIS WARRANTY POLICY SETS FORTH THE FULL EXTENT OF Q DESIGNS’S WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITY. THIS WARRANTY POLICY IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, WILL APPLY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. To the extent the foregoing disclaimers are not permitted by applicable law, any implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, is limited in duration to the Warranty Period as provided herein. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply to you. Governing Law and Disputes This Warranty Policy and the rights and obligations of the parties will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within New York between New York residents, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The parties expressly agree that the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to the Warranty Policy or to their relationship. All disputes arising under or in connection with this Warranty Policy will be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Rules. The language of the arbitration will be English. The place of the arbitration will be New York, NY. Judgment upon any award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. All materials in the proceedings created for the purpose of the arbitration, all other documents produced by another party in the proceedings not otherwise in the public domain, and all awards in the arbitration will be deemed “confidential information”, except to the extent that disclosure may be required of a party by legal duty to protect or pursue a legal right or to enforce or challenge an award in legal proceedings before a court or other judicial authority. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary above and irrespective of the tribunal’s powers to order interim or conservatory measures, nothing in this Warranty Policy will prevent either party from seeking provisional measures from any court of competent jurisdiction, and no such request will be deemed incompatible with the agreement to arbitrate or a waiver of the right to arbitrate.
